(January Group Programs 5th – 30th January) We will be offering six small-group therapy programs, each running across four weeks. These groups focus on: building emotional regulation supporting sensory needs developing confidence and social skills supporting motor skills, executive functioning, and participation creating opportunities for connection and fun Below youʼll find group details including age range, focus areas, session times, and cost. Groups are suitable for both private-pay and NDIS-funded children (plan-managed or self-managed). Families are not required to attend every session in order for children who may be travelling during January to still attend when they can.

Move, Groove & Soothe

Regulation through Movement & Music This high-energy group blends dance, rhythm, and relaxation to help children build self-awareness and emotional regulation.

  • Ages: 5–8

  • When: Tuesday at 10am-11:30am

  • Cost: $195 per session.

Therapy 20

Tabletop Role Play Build social thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through creative role-play adventures that encourage communication, flexibility, and emotional regulation.

  • Ages: 12-16

  • When: Tuesday at 3pm-4:30pm

  • Cost: $195 per session.

Feel it, paint it, understand it

Using sensory materials, interoception, and creative expression, children discover ways to understand and communicate emotions.

Ages: 8-12

When: Wednesdays at 10am-11:30am

Cost: $195 per session.

Friendship Circle

A playful, supportive group designed to help children build friendship skills, confidence, and emotional awareness through games, teamwork, and guided social experiences.

Ages: 7-10

When: Wednesday at 3pm-4:30pm

Cost: $195 per session

Ready, set, Grow

Preschool & kindergarten readiness. A fun, supportive program helping children develop confidence, social skills, and early learning abilities to thrive in preschool and kindergarten. Parents receive guidance and strategies to support learning and transitions at home

Ages: 3-5

When: Thursdays at 10am-11:30am

Cost: $195 per session.

Mission Control

Join a team of thinkers and problem-solvers for hands-on challenges that build planning, organisation, teamwork, and flexible thinking skills through fun, mission-based activities.

Ages: 7-10

When: Thursdays at 3pm-4:30pm

Cost: $195 per session.
